Third party claim procedure
A third-party claim is a claim filed by someone other than the policyholder or insurance company. If you’re in a car accident someone else causes, you can file a third-party claim with the other driver’s insurance for your covered accident-related expenses.
- Claim notification form.
- Traffic police report.
- For other vehicles like house avail proof of ownership certificates from legal governmental bodies or maps or plans.
- Owner title dead/ certificate.
- Doctors board certificate if there is body injury disablement.
- Doctor’s medical prescription.
- Medical receipt.
- Legal heirs’ certificates for the death.
- Post-Mortem (autopsy) certificate from the hospital
